WEST LEBANON, Ind. (CNS )— Bert Hanson, 77, a retired businessman, died at 12:30 a. m. Friday (Jan. 3, 1958) at his home in West Lebanon. He had been ill three years. A life resident of Warren County, Mr. Hanson was born Dec. 12, 1880, son of Russell and Caroline Tharp Hanson. He was married to Maude Walker who died in 1932. He is survived by his second wife, Elsie; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Turnick of New Lennox, Ill.; three sons, Bert Jr. of White Pigeon, Mich., Carmon and Lawrence, both of West Lebanon; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Laverne Kiser of Danville, Mrs. Vera Singleton of Mishawauka, Ind., and Mrs. Madgdean Story of West Lebanon; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The body is at the McCloud & Machledt Funeral Home in West Lebanon where services will be at 2 p. m. Sunday. Burial will be in Redwood Cemetery.
